The hotel's location is very convenient, as it's just a short walk from the nearby shopping center, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, fresh toiletries, and outstanding service. the breakfast spread is fantastic, with fresh and delicious food served every morning, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Some guests have reported issues with housekeeping, such as the room not being cleaned or towels not being changed despite requests.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right next to the shopping center, making it convenient for us to do some shopping. The staff here are absolutely amazing, providing 5-star service that we haven't experienced anywhere else. They were always polite, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant staff were also top-notch. The hospitality here is truly outstanding, making us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel with a much better price than other options in the area. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, with personalized chocolates and a welcoming letter. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for a weekend getaway. the location is perfect, close to nice shopping centers and restaurants. the breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. the room was clean and spacious with all amenities I needed. Plus, the hotel offered a great price compared to other similar hotels in the area.
Sometimes some of the toiletries were missing and the cleaning staff overlooked my request to change towels and clean the room after the first night.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the great location of the hotel, close to shopping and dining options. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The complimentary breakfast offered fresh and delicious options, which was a pleasant surprise for me.
I found the level of service to be lacking during my stay. Some of the toiletries were not provided, and the room was not cleaned properly on the first night even though I left clearly visible signs.
